    I marinated the steak in the soy sauce, garlic and ginger for an hour. Then followed this recipe, but used more garlic overall. Way better than take out Chinese!

    I saw the comments about the sweetener and decided to only add 2/3 of monkfruit sweetener and see how it tasted before adding the rest...came out perfect that way. Will definitely make again!

    I used Monkfruit sweetner & had no problem with that at all. Next time I'm going to cut the liquid amminos in half & replace with water because my dish came out too salty. Not sure if the combo of the broth & amminos was just too much or what. But other than that this as a great dish & a huge hit at my house.

    I added only 1/3 of the sweetener and I wish I had used even less. More garlic would be good. Overall, great dish
